Kids often dream of becomming a pilot when they grow up, but not all of them  have access to the knowledge.    Gilbert Wheeler teaches a class about flying and following your dreams called, "On Laughter Silvered Wings," a phrase from a famous poem about pilots called "High Flight".    Instructor Gilbert Wheeler is a private pilot, a dream  he almost gave up on as a child and wants to make sure others don't give up on their dreams.  The FREE program has been going on for more than 10 years and is designed for inner-city students.
